I Love the mirror itself, but the box came tore up & dirty. The mirror was also dirty, the back was not on the mirror. I have sent multiple messages but they stopped responding.

I had a problem with my Riki mirror getting charged. I reached out to customer service and got an answer almost immediately. She wanted me to troubleshoot to see if that would help my mirror. Stay charged. It did not work. She offered me a new year at a percentage off and of course I took it! I love my. Riki mirror. And I love your customer service! I will continue to buy these products and continue to let others know of what a great company this is!! Thank you so much

Where is my package?

I LOVE my Riki Tall. It’s HUGE! So much bigger than I thought it would be. I will be ordering smaller, traveling versions soon!! Goooo Riki!

I was skeptical of buying from the sample sale tab because I just wasn't sure the quality would be the same. But I was so impressed when the mirror came in! This is my second time purchasing the Riki mirror because they are just that good!! And I am so glad I took a gamble on the Sample Sale tab!
