I have 2 Rikki mirrors which I love. They both quit taking a charge. It was found to be a defect with the mirrors & not the charging cables. After a bit of discussion, Rikki replaced both mirrors at no charge. I was very pleased as the cost of the mirrors was no small fee. Thank you Rikki. I continue to recommend you always.
