Ordered the exercise bike for my mum following her stroke. When it arrived it did not work but I contacted the company and their after sales service and customer support was amazing. They sent out a new bike and took away the old one without any quibbling. Delivery was fast and simple as a one hour time slot is provided. When companies provide excellent customer service like this, I am always encouraged to buy from them as I know any problems will be sorted out straight away. Thank you.

Thank you for the great service, my order was processed and despatched very fast. Communication and response from the customer service team was just as efficient when I requested the form I required to complete. Great experience, highly recommend, the above product was also easy to assemble as most of it was already done.

Great service

This bike is brilliant for my wife who has vascular dementia and can only walk with help. The high leg straps prevent her from pulling feet out and you can tell that she likes the exercise.
