Love the vibration plate. It helps with my aches and pains, come home from a session at the gym and let it do its work on my muscles. Only been using it a short while so no review on dropping dress sizes just yet but it’s definitely making me feel good. Even just standing on it without the resistance bands is great. I worked my way up with the speed & also the time on it and feel it’s the best thing ever. If you are thinking of buying it DO IT you won’t regret it.
