The refund took too long to paid back to me. I found that frustrating,

still waiting for my order after 2 weeks

Called Courier Guy twice in 2 days and they say that the parcel is not ready for collection from the office. I cannot get hold of anyone from the office. I have written to them and sent them WhatsApp and I am just being ignored. I think that the company is a scam. How can I get my money back?????
