I like it but it doesn't smooth my hair like store bands but this might be a good thing still new with it

The smell is outstanding and I was excited. However, the sweet smell over powered the protection that I needed. I followed instructions and will see how it works during the winter season. I will try the soap! Thanks!!

I bought this as a gift for my sister and USPS either lost it, broke it or clearly delivered it to an entirely different/incorrect address because she never received it. I do not fault the company because for YEARS now USPS has been hit or miss with my orders but I will not risk paying for this + shipping only to have the carrier lose it again and then blame us for their mistake.
