Very nice products... delivery time is a bit long

shipping is fast, customer service is responsive, and the products are generally high quality. unfortunately my most recent pouch of Moonlit Ritual bath salt contained thousands of dark tiny chunks of (presumably?) ground flowers (*not* powder) that stuck to everything and made bath time annoying rather than relaxing. this particular pouch also smelled different, less floral and had strong hints of something woody/smoky. also seemed to contain less salt than usual. it produced a different bath water than usual. hopefully this was just a bad batch and not a formula change or something caused by supply chain shortages, because the product was perfect before. for reference it was in my autoship from Thrive after being out of stock for a bit. and if i may offer a few more criticisms: 1) the website is confusing, hard to navigate or search for and compare specific items. 2) please consider changing the shipping box to something more subtle than the large image of a white woman's legs sticking up out of a bathtub? some of us live in relatively non-white neighborhoods where our closest neighbors and postal carriers are black. 3) the automated/reminder emails just seem immature (rather than quirky/cute or humorous)

I had a positive experience; no fuss, no muss. I got a promo item through Wellness Wins program but have not used it yet. Also purchased another item to try it out.
