I was worried about changing my routine but knew I needed to. I am so glad I stuck with this product. I didn’t like the cleanser at first because I didn’t feel like it was doing anything because it didn’t foam. But it’s working great! So I’m glad I kept using it. The daytime moisturizer was really white and I got a different formula and I’ve continued to use it and I’m loving it. I just added the serum and I’m loving that too. I haven’t had a breakout now in over a week and I am just tickled that I pushed back my feelings of doubt and kept using these products as directed. I am so pleased.

Skincare products always have mixed reviews because everyone’s skin is different. Proven was no different but I did see some negative reviews about customer service. However, I had a great experience with customer service. My pustular rosacea started to noticeably decrease in redness and bumps but my skin was extremely dry and flaky. I contacted customer service and they were very thorough in the questions they asked. You could tell they really wanted to understand the problem. After my rep and I talked, she realized my formulation was a little off and immediately started the process for a reformulation of my cleanser and night cream at no cost to me. They also gave me tips on how to utilize the products I had while waiting on my reformulation to come in. They have truly provided a tailored service and I can’t wait to get my reformulation in.

I’ve never had a set skin care routine. Kind of just random things. I definitely can’t keep up with having a lot of products to use because I feel like eventually I kind of quit using the other ones because it takes so much time. ANYWAYS to get to the point, I love how this is just 2 steps morning and night. I was struggling with red very dry spots kind of like eczema( have never experienced this before). Nothing I did helped. Within a week of starting proven my dry red spots were starting to fade and smooth over. Now after using for 2-3 weeks now they’re totally gone. Loving the feel of my face after I use.

Only used one month. Skin feels great.
