I am so thankful I stumbled across Proven during my pregnancy. Due to being pregnant, I could no longer use any of the medications that had been using for my hormonal, cystic acne for years and my skin was SO BAD. Terrible cystic acne on and under my whole jawline and pimples popping up everywhere. I was pregnant, bloated, full of acne & fine lines and SUPER embarrassed. I was so relieved to find that Proven had custom skin care that they could make pregnancy-friendly, so I took the plunge, fingers crossed and headfirst into Proven, hoping that SOMETHING would finally work. Although it took a few months to clear up, my skin looks spotless now. Plus, it helps that I only have to use 3 products a day, with my mom brain >.< I love it and have been using it postpartum too. It is awesome and easy. I wish I had taken some pictures from when it was really bad, but I was avoiding the camera like the plague, but you can still see some redness and scarring from when my breakouts were really bad.

I started my experience with proven by taking a short survey about my skin From there, I received my skin care routine. It’s so easy just wash your face and then apply your moisturizer. Within a couple of days I noticed a huge improvement in my skin. My skin was very dried out from previous products Now, approximately a month later my skin is significantly smoother and softer.
