A friend at work recommended this to me. I have chondromalasia patella and have loud chrunching sound when descending stairs. This helps so much.

Previnex protein powder has an excellent flavor. I really enjoy my smoothies. Add some flax, chia and ice and you've got a great meal or snack treat. I was pleasantly surprised.
