I've requested for several pdf documents, including an ebook on genes. After over a week, I have yet to receive anything. I am extremely disappointed here.

This training was presented as a master class. It definitely is not. I was a great reminder of principles I have learned in other training as well as PN 1. While a great revisit and reminder of previously learned principles, I would not recommend to colleagues.

The customer care told me I could cancel level one and not pay remaining balance. They did not do that and I am continuing to pay so, basically did nothing they said they would do.

First off all it was too overpriced... n seriously lacked good quality information
