Precision Nutrition

I think precision nutrition program is a great lifestyle approach to nutrition. As a personal trainer I loved the information as I went through the course for one year as a student with my wife who is a PM level one coach. I am also certified as a PM level one coach. I thought it would be great to go through as a student at the program. It was fantastic! One of the things I did not agree with is it’s approach and use of evolution. I also believe most Americans are so used to a quick fix that it is Difficult To get them past the first six weeks.

I enjoyed this program and the platform. But ultimately, after finishing the program, I feel it is very overpriced. The information was great, but you can ultimately learn all of the information provided in other formats for free if you are really committed to doing so.

When I had questions someone usually got back to me within 24-48 hrs- that was nice. The Beta product was difficult to navigate for me and for my clients. They lost interest quickly. The OG product made more sense. While I am glad I finished this certification it has been less useful to me than some of my other certs. People do not want to pay me enough to offset the expense of the software. SO- if they ask specific questions, I give a brief answer, let them know I am PN certified, and if they want more we talk. I am tired of the constant push to do level 2.

Love what you do and trust the information. As someone who is starting out it would be great if first few clients were free. I had to stop due to have too few clients. Feel a bit abandoned. Also hard to win Australian clients over with nutrition coaching. Your program does not promote us... it promotes you. At the end of everything is advertising about you. Your advertising could help coaches get respect, so as to help us get clients. Win win because it promotes you too. There is a directory with our names which is useless if no one knows about and uses it. Having said this I do appreciate what you offer. Thanks for all the hard work.

The PNL1 course was fine, a lot of information, well laid out. Doesn't get into the coaching aspect much, highly recommend further training on how to properly coach if that is your main reason for taking the course. I also receive a lot of marketing emails from random people who apparently found me through the PN directory... spammy stuff. I know PN can't control who sees and uses the info in the directory, but, it's a little disheartening that that is what some people are using the directory for.
