Really good content and coaching tips

The pros are: -spectrum of topics covered in articles -coaching tips on how to connect with people -the infographics Cons: -the test is a joke because there is no time limit and it's all open book and the questions are in order as they appear in the chapter. -the Facebook group is a little bit positive but mostly people that don't know how to study or Google things for themselves trying to crowdsource info. -I wouldn't say it is worth the $1,000

Precision Nutrition Course

I found the course quite good but I disagree with some of the info in a few chapters. Overall it was a good course.

Fantastic

I love precision Nutrition content , now that I am used to reading mails from PN , I have kind of made this as a bench mark for quality in my mind , Very rare few people are able to deliver same quality as PN in terms of content . : : This is not a complain 🤔 But there is one more thing I want to share , no matter how knowledgeable or how good a trainer or coach someone is , converting that thing to money or sales is something different . That is a different skill altogether . : : I also believe we have nothing but our effort in our hands , how and when results will appear are seldom in our control 🙆🏻‍♂️.
