Didnt receive my order and no response to emails yet ive had emails asking for surveys on the none existant order!!

Ordered 5 weeks ago. Didnt hear anything for weeks. Contacted Instagram. Said some Of Order was out of stock and will get sent when in stock 2 weeks later got told order had been dispatches then 1 week later it got rejected. Havnt heard anything about a refund or anything. Absolute disgrace

Didn't know it was associated with sensilab as I would not have purchased. Had product from them and didn’t work and never received refund.

Shocking will never use them again
