Not happy

I attempted to order what I thought to be a pomade and immediately discovered, after I placed my order that I actually ordered gel. The website stated to email the company and they respond quickly. I did so in order to cancel my order. I feel I did so with enough advance notice as it was immediately after I ordered. The company processed my order anyway. They never responded to my email as promised. The gel is not my preference and I did not care for it. Since it arrived, I chose to keep it and try it out since no one responded to my email request to cancel my order. It was only 5 bucks, so no big deal, but don't say you respond to emails when you don't.

The Laurier heavy hold that was sent to me had half the van full..really dude? Never order from here again
