I ordered this on March 31. Today is April 18th where is my package?

I received an empty package on 08/03/24, called customer service on 08/04 and was told another would be sent out. Today is 08/29 and I still haven't received my package

As stated in my previous review, I had bought more product to qualify for a Free Body spray and did not receive it. The code did not work also. I'm very disappointed about this. Could you please resolve the problem? Thank you. Sandy Hank.

The product is good - but I had no idea I would have to pay international duties to ship to Canada. It would be great if this was mentioned somewhere when filling out shipping information. I already paid for shipping when I purchased the pills, but then had to pay another $30 to DHL. I think DHL was the only shipping option. This made the cost of the product way more (obviously), and I don't think I can afford to buy from this company again (which is too bad, because I love this company)! Something to think about if you are buying from Canada or another country outside of the US.
