Packaging at times is over the top with protection of product which at times seems excessive and wasteful (plastic airpouches in a large box with a single seat cushion. Pricing is competitive.

I like being able to find whatever I need, from resistance equipment to lymphedema supplies, to positioning aids and regulated cups that deliver 5cc or 10cc without allowing "cheating" to get more. They have changed names and recently changed how they do business some. However the selection remains broad, which is just what I need. One stop shopping for nearly all our needs as occupational, physical and speech path therapists.

My items delivered within 2-3 days and in good condition. No complaints here :)
