Selection of equipment isn't stellar. Orders take a long time. Many times we receive partial orders and have to track down to find/re-order the rest of the items.

High Quality Therapy Supplies, Website Needs Improvement

The supplies I receive from Performance Health are always high quality. In the rare occasions that the products are damaged or below standards, custom service does a great job of refunding or replacing items. Unfortunately, the website and mobile site needs significant improvement, as it is not easy to navigate and not intuitive or user friendly. The previous website prior to the name change was much better. Also, when the new website was launched, all users were required to create new logins and passwords.

Out of Stock

Multiple times I have ordered PerformaVe Iontophoresis pads for the clinic and have not received the order for nearly one month due to the item being backordered. The item was not listed as out of stock when the order was placed, leaving our clinic unable to render this service.

Improved

Website loading has improved but can improve further. Search tool has improved. Like the option of grid display or list display. Like the narrow search options. Like the category clinician support. Having to speak/talk/communicate with account rep every now and then will be great, regardless if assistance is needed or not.
