I place orders for a geriatric day health program. We order rehab supplies on a regular basis. I particularly like the feature where you can see all the options available for each item (size variations, color variations, etc).

Usually have a good experience ordering for clinic supplies. Last few months, several of our most necessary supplies were on back order which was very inconvenient. Hopefully that was a fluke because overall this is a good service.

Looking for some things and ended up having to go to Amazon. Shipping is also very slow.

Overall the system is very easy to use. I think one thing that could make it better is if you could view your supply list on like a side bar and then your cart at the same time as my only complaint about the website would be that it can be very slow at times and often gives me error messages stating that the website is "down" or experiencing difficulties. I also have difficulty with searching sometimes and it doesn't always bring up all the options on the key word I put in. The search engine seems selective with words it will search for.
