Easy,free exchange, phone consults, Max shoe helps a difficult lymphedema situation

Shoes that finally fit extremely swollen feet from lymphedema. Slides did not stay on mom's 84 yo feet. Company exchanged them for shoe with back and she needed a larger size. John was very helpful in sending out return label and taking care of the exchange. There was email follow through with information of exchange and confirmation of the exchange. However, when I called customer service to ask about an exchange the woman answering the phone said she could take a message and have someone email me back. Which happened but all I wanted to know was if I could exchange the slide for a shoe and then how. Just found that odd. But all was taken care of within several days. And best of all mom has shoes she can walk in and get into herself.
