Paleo Diet plan

The menu plans are great. Not too fond of the chia seed pudding but the rest of the meals have been delicious. It has been two weeks since I started this diet plan and am down about 5 lbs. Having meal plans and recipes are very helpful.

I have been gluten free

I have been gluten free for over 2 years and now starting the paleo diet seems to be more benifical now I have now variety now guidance. Only been on it for 1 week and have already lost 3 pounds and feel less bloated and more energetic . Great plan.
