I placed an order because they said they were back in stock. It’s been well over a month I haven’t received my product and no one has replied to my email inquiries. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I spent $120 for you to not reply? Other companies offer this cheaper and don’t charge you until they ship. Until this is resolved I don’t trust one source beauty for any of my professional needs and they get 1 star in my book.

I'm very disappointed in how long it's been since I ordered 2 containers of barbacide wipes on October 1st. I paid $63.10 three weeks ago and I have yet to receive them! I will not purchase anything else from your website/company, and I will be contesting the visa charge if I don't receive them asap! I have NO desire to recomend your company to any of my coworkers or my clients if this is the kind of shady business you do to your customers! Anne Bjorklund
