I have used your water distillers for over 10 yrs, and I BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE THE BEST. The only issue that I have is that it is very difficult to speak to a nutriteam customer service representative. I have just purchased two water distillers and i had some questions.Which I had to ask them via e-mail. I also left a message and someone did call back only once but I was not at home and they never called a second time. I must say that the products were delivered on time and one item was broken. I sent it back the very next day and within a week I received and new one, no questioned asked. I did give my email address hoping they would tell me that they received the product and they would be sending another one but, there was no respond via my e-mail. Even though I was not able to speak to them I BELIEVE THAT THEY DO MAKE THE BEST WATER DISTILLERS OF ANY OTHER COMPANY OUT THERE. I am extremely satisfied with my water distillers.

This is my seventh. Megahome. Got another heavy duty (316) Stainless Steel distiller. Give them to my friends and family in need of pure water, or those suffering from cancer. Clean water never hurts. Easy to clean, and maintain. Have not used any others since these work so well. Pretty quiet to me.
