Placed a parts order online and everything arrived sooner than expected. I have been using the Megahome water distiller non stop for almost three years at at least three gallons a day. The male and female plugs were becoming a little loose. Not bad for the thousands of times I had to unplug and plug in. Parts were easy to install and the distiller is as good as new.

Excellent service. They shipped my citric acid promptly.

Easy to use, easy to clean to make for an extremely painless, efficient process for processing distilled water in a most convenient way.

website is easy to use

We had your product for over 2 years and when it had to be replaced we were without for about a month and never realized how much we missed the distilled water. We bought distilled water at the grocery store but it wasn't the same. Thanks for a great product.
