I have been using my Megahome Distiller for over 20 years. Only had to make one replacement part. The water quality is amazing, and the receipt of orders is always on time. I really haven't had any issues with customer service because I've had no issues with the product. I recommend it highly!

Customer service was great! They helped me understand what I needed, including asking for a photo of the inside of the distiller to make sure it was not corroded beyond use. Then, I lost a little washer. Customer service mailed me a replacement as a courtesy.

This distiller is great. I was concerned that the citric acid wouldn’t get all corrosion off. When a gallon of water is finished distilling there is weird yellow liquid in the bottom and some corrosion and film along the bottom and sides. The first time I cleaned it it was heavily corroded but the acid got every bit off and it looked and felt shiny and clean like new. I started using 2 charcoals in the spout. I drink my water out of a mason jar. The jar used to be covered in a weird film in spite of using filtered water that I bought in bulk in plastic gallon jugs at the store. Now the distilled water looks crystal clear and the jar is as clean as if I just washed it. This is the only water I drink now. My body feels less heavy as if some of the harsh chemicals that had collected have been washed out. So glad I bought this. I also use this water in my hydrater.
