Very responsive to my needs. I ordered four jars of the organic grass-fed ghee. One jar had a chip in the bottom when it arrived. I immediately called and my customer service representative immediately took care of the problem. She gave me an in-house credit which I surely will use on another jar of my favorite ghee.

These bagels are delicious! Good texture and flavor! Large too! Recommended!!!!
