Great service, packaging and luxury presentation 👍🏿

Very good service. Lovely candle sent as apology for late delivery. Not buying from anyone else, as such good products and experience.

Excellent customer service

Love love love 💕 neom. Thank you 😊

The order I made just before Christmas for a present arrived in time for me to give my friend however I was really impressed to receive a beautiful gift from neom as an apology for the delay without even mentioning this to to them !
