Amazing products, even better customer service. I will always use NEOM because their customer service is incredible. Over Christmas there was delayed shipping - they refunded me my postage and packaging without having to ask. Emails about product enquiries are speedy and so helpful. They sent a gift as an apology for a delayed delivery too. I'd rate them 10 stars if I could.
