Lovely item looks good, smells good, excellent

Very good delivery, just a few days. Product arrived as described.

Excellent

My order was delivered a few days late but the customer service and up date from Neom informing me of a minor problem put me at ease considering it was one week until Christmas. During the New year I received one of the Neom candles in the post with an apology. What a lovely surprise and needless to say another amazing product and the candle burns perfectly and just fills my home with the scent. Thankyou Neom Organics ❤

Excellent service!
