Love your company. It's definitely one of my favourites. I love the extensive range you sell. The great customer service, quick delivery, the attention to detail (packaging). One thing that really impressed me more than anything was how you always responded to reviewers who were unhappy with their product, particularly choice of colour in make-up, offering to come up with a solution. I've never seen that before anywhere. Most companies don't do this. I think it's a beautiful touch and it shows how much you care not only about great customer service but making g sure your customers are happy and satisfied with their products.
