My inquiry to the status
My inquiry to the status of my order was ignored and only after putting the purchase in a dispute status, the DVDs were shipped. Except I was sent Blue Ray DVDs instead of the standard DVDs I ordered.
Now, instead of getting a message to my last message to your support team as to how to have these returned and my order canceled, I receive a review request.
Your support and ordering departments are the worst I have ever used.
