I managed to download several of the videos I purchased but several stopped down loading, perhaps because my system went to sleep..? Still working on getting the rest....

However there are several things that can be improved: 1. Content delivery from faster CDN. I don't know on which servers the files are hosted, but they are not fast. Perhaps this should be hosted on AWS or some other cloud provider. 2. Better compression. MP2 is too old. Even for 4K, I am not sure how to justify these files sizes. A 6.1MB/sec rate for a video is too much, and a 1.5 Hour file size of 33GB is a bit too much to bear. 3. The website's design looks poor. More filtering options would be have been nice. 4. A detailed list of locations for each video would have been great. Some places call for a visit after seeing them in these videos.

Just some likes and dislikes: Like: Drone footage National Parks Waterfalls Animals Dislike: Don't find Nat Parks (or much scenery) east of the Rockies Timelapse (isn't natural) Lack of variety of land animals (such as land animals of North America)

Flying Over Bermuda - Blu-Ray DVD I was lucky enough to spend ~2 months on Bermuda in front of the Princess Hotel, I was a crew member on a private yacht at the time in my 20's. David's video brought back fond memories of the beauty there. I highly recommend the video for those who have been there and more so for those who plan to visit or have never been, so it's for everybody! Pros: Fast shipping and well protected packaging. Nicely labled DVD case. 80 minutes of stunning 4K video with soothing music. Cons: I was hoping to see more of Bermuda. 80 minutes of a simular location. Dolby D two channel 48 kHz. Support: I made a mistake ordering the Flying Over Bermuda media, I meant to order the DVD version (to try out my new DVD player) but instead ordered the "Download" version. Dave personally made the correction for me and went above and beyond with his help!
