I particularly like the visual on the 9 hour Underwater Wonders, though I wish it had a version with nature sounds (water, bubbles) or instrumental music with no vocals. My new favorite is the 9 hr Enchanting Autumn.

This collection of videos is stunning, very relaxing and a nice escape from the "bad news du jour" on tv!

Comfort level beyond belief

Right now, I can only comment on the YouTube 11.11.11 relaxation video. We have ordered the DVD, but until that comes, we will watch the YouTube version. I put it on when I get up around 6AM and it stays on till 4 in the afternoon. It keeps us defocused from the world events, and the benefits of relaxation are life changing. Thank you
