Make sure you get all your items

I didn't receive 3 items that I ordered, so I emailed customer service about it. That was almost 3 weeks ago. They told me the items were not in stock, yet when I check the website they all show in stock. I love the polish, but HATE dealing with the BS.

Horrible customer service- Never recieved what I paid for

I ordered 2 bottles of nails polish 30 days ago. They originally shipped on the 10th of september. I never recieved them. The customer service people don't really seem to care either. I just want what I paid for, or a refund and I guess to you guys thats an outrageous request.

I had missing items and have sent 2 emails and had no response to them.i have rang but no answer.... terrible.

Gimmicky temp change

Unfortunately very disappointed. The temperature change varnish was always going to be a gimmick but 1. The colour it goes in at is nothing like the colour I was expecting from seeing the as. 2. The colour change to an awful insipid. Fan of Nails inc but this didn’t rate at all with me.
