I have an account, use site, no issues except logging back in to buy another kit today. I did not get a confirmation on the second purchase, which I will follow up on. Solid.

I had 2 choices on opening page. Both had same price but the last one said it was the best price but without explanation... 2nd choice that included a year's subscription to Heritage was not explained and was not what I wanted...

had problems with the payment, they admitted system errors and had a perfect follow up, in the end, I received my 2 DNA kits as promised
