Having just purchased a couple of DNA kits I am hoping the delivrery and analysis is as good as the front end experience. Fingers crossed.

i liked that i could see exactly where my kit was and what step they were up to in sending the kit to me and processing the results

I was going back and forth about ordering a kit for Christmas but when I saw the shipping price I just couldn’t. A couple days later I got an email for free shipping!! I was so over joyed and bought the kit immediately:) what ever algorithm saw I had it in my card and didn’t buy that sent the coupon shout out to you!
