I almost gave up on My Heritage because the sign-up pages were too confusing. Why do you need my email password? Why can't you use the email address I already have? You should find another programmer/web designer and test on focus groups. I've signed up with three other companies and My Heritage experience was by far the most difficult, confusing and frustrating.

Very easy to order and do. Nothing really exciting in mine but husband found some interesting heritage in his. Have ordered more kits for family.

I couldn't resist finding out about my heritage at such a good price..the only thing is I didn't sign up for a free trial on Heritage but its in with my confirmation!
