Good stuff

So far everything is great. Protein powder tastes good, pre-work out drink provides me enough energy for my work outs, post-work out drink tastes good and seems to help with recovery the next day as I don't feel so tired. Taking 8 vitamins is a little rough every day, but at least everything is natural so I don't have to worry about what is going into my body. Good stuff, overall.

Wish I'd bought it earlier.

I've been sitting on the fence with this book for well over a year. I found the muscle for life website when looking to calculate my BMR some time ago. I found what I was reading to be common sense, no bullshit advice but decided not to take the plunge. That was my mistake. I've been lifting the big four for nearly six years and whilst I've made gains in size and strength I've not been able shiift that layer of fat covering my abs. Having taken the decision to make some changes my first step was to buy the book. I'm currently doing a cutting phase trying to get to 10% body fat before bulking. Using the sound advice in the book I've already dropped 5lbs in just on three weeks. As is described in the book if you follow the advice in terms of your diet and hit the gym doing the correct lifts you will see progress. I was stuck in a rut and when reading the book i thought I was reading about myself as I had done many of the same things as Michael had. If you're serious about getting stronger and looking better then do yourself a favour and buy this book now, you won't regret it.

Guesswork out- Results in

I purchased the cut meal plan at 185lbs and I’m down to 178lbs a little over two weeks in. The lean muscle is showing up. and I really don’t have to look at the plan anymore. It’s super simple. I will refigure my macronutrient numbers to either maintain or bulk once I hit 175. I have no doubts I will love the results. Thanks for cutting through all the hype and providing simple tools to help people eat healthy and maintain a great lean body for life. No fads here. I can love this way.
