Don’t hesitate to try. A Game Changer.
The AO mist is a phenomenal product for people who live in the city and are too clean!
I had an outbreak of eczema about a two years ago and this really helped me pull back after the steroid emergency. I really think that it is beneficial to the skin in all kinds of ways. I stopped stocking it after my eczema got better but was reminded of how helpful it was when we got some more of this recently. My husband was diagnosed with Blepharitis (inflammation to edge of eyelid) and this really helped him too. I wanted to note that we are both in our 50s and using this regularly has made my facial skin far more supple without much else extra. The reason why I think this is I have many (too many!) beauty products, including retinols, chemical AHAs BHAs etc. etc., and in support of him, using the set of preservative free cleanser, moisturizer, AO. It’s been a few weeks and skin looks great without. I have to add that I’ve quit everything else except the AO mist; gone back to my own cleanser and moisturizers because it’s summertime, and I’m using sunblocks etc, and lotioning etc. so I can’t stay with their Motherdirt Biome anyways...
but I have to say also that their customer service is absolutely top-notch. Do not hesitate to try them out. My husband had a small reaction to the moisturizer, and when I contacted the customer support about it, they immediately refunded the whole order, no questions asked! It came through my email before I even got a response, plus they followed up by phone to ask for specifics. They care about their customer for sure.
They are expensive, mostly because the live nature of the product means it must be specially cold shipped and its shelf life isn’t long, but I am a fan and will probably consider using this more regularly. I really can’t comment on what the longevity of the bacteria in the spray - they recommend 6 months in fridge/4 weeks out, but my first bottle but I store d in fridge, daily on face for 3 months, then sporadically for the rest of the year, and there was still some by the time I tossed it.
