Browsing the Selection for what I needed was super easy especially with the faq and supplemental research regarding AOB’s in the products. The packaging and ice pack preserved the live probiotics perfectly and was completely recyclable. Shipping was super speedy. All around service was five stars my only critique is bulk sized orders and more frequent discounts as the products tend to be on the pricy side but that is all at the expense of a healthy skin Microbiome.
