Disappointed it was delayed by a few days but nevertheless didn’t have a long time to wait .

I’m an extremely petite adult, who loves the colour pink & this wheelchair is just perfect for me. I spoke with one of the UGO team beforehand, who replied so quickly, was extremely helpful & took all my measurements, as well as answering all my questions. My old wheelchair was no longer very practical as someone had to push it & I had been advised by OT’s a self propelled would give me so much more independence for someone of my age. I’ve had true UGO sprite over 2 weeks now, have used it everyday & had no or at all. Absolutely loving the freedom & independence it has given me back. My backpack for my feeding tube pump, feed & fluids, fits just perfectly on the back of the wheelchair beautifully also. This was something very important to me as I’m connected to a feeding pump continuously 24 hours a day. The wheelchair is very comfortable & is very good quality. The customer service has been excellent & I could not believe it when the wheelchair arrived first thing the following morning (order wasn’t placed until about 3pm the day before). I would definitely recommend this wheelchair & company.
