I have never had a bad experience with MitraGaia. Quality is always spot on and shipping is fast/average. The only issue I ever had was not even their fault (lost package in postal system) and they still gave me a 100% discount and free express shipping to replace my order so that was awesome of them. I also like the loyalty program as the reward points come in handy between paydays.
