Now that I understand the process things go pretty quickly. There is a bit of a learning curve. Returns are bit of a hassle. As I understand it, they don’t like doing returns. You should be going to a retail if you want to try some thing. With the possibility of having to return it. Now that I know that that’s what I’ll do however, they did allow me to return a couple of things and get different colors. I love the rewards program. It really matters it helps.. these are great products
