I had the worst time using your site to order. I have ordered from you before, but this time I could not get the site to take my address. Had to contact support and help desk to get it fixed on my order. They answered promptly and got it fixed, but the on line ordering, didn't leave me with a good feeling about the site.

I liked the ordering process and the order arrived promptly. However, there was not enough stock on hand to fill my entire order. Staff did convey this and shipped what was on hand.

Ordered a body wash from your business, however, the image on your website was not the product I received. Contacted customer service via email, was sent a return label, with an apology and was advised a full refund would be issued. After returning the product, I received an email stating the product had been received, a refund had been issued and should post in about 10 business days. With customer service this great, I would not hesitate to order from your company again. Thank you
