I had a subcription to receive Soltice Analgesic cream in a jar containing 3 oz. I received 2 or 3 jars and then nothing. My question is why did I stop receiving the container containing 3 oz? I was also cheaper to receive the 3 oz versus what is now available. Why?

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still do not have it. I’m assuming product will not be cold so it will be ruined by now! Awful service!
