The order process went well. The hoist arrived in the timeframe promised. The sling, however, did not arrive with the hoist. We called the salesman immediately. He made a quick check and found that the manufacturer had left it out of the package. They promptly quick-shipped it. It arrived soon afterwards. We are completely satisfied with our experience.

This chair arrived for my husband two days after it was ordered!!! Service was fantastic and so were the people I spoke with that helped me decide on this chair.
