My customer rep, Kristan, was amazing. I was frantically trying to buy a bed because my husband was in extreme pain when his bed broke and would take weeks to fix and might not have been fixable. She patiently answered all my questions (MANY!) and was so knowledgeable about hospital beds. When she realized I had a bit of hospital bed experience she met me at my level--she has very high situational awareness which got me to my end goal quickly. Also, knowing my husband was in pain, she expedited the order & shaved 4 days off of the wait time for no extra cost. Simply amazing. !! The man from SAIA who delivered the bed was also exceptional. It was raining so he helped me get the bed up our steep driveway and into our garage. I have used MedMart in the past for bath items and have had great customer service there as well. BIG FAN!
