The delivery was prompt. Unfortunately it doesn't work with our recliner. The sling for the upper body hurt my wife's arm pits. The "butt sling" isn't stocked in smaller sizes and is way too big.

The delivery was very nice. The took our old bed and put the new one fast and professional.

Within days of a month time before receiving product due to various shippers.
