My mother hasn’t had to use it. Service was helpful getting it set up with our questions.

I only had to press
I only had to press the button when I set the device up.
I dropped it on the carpet and button was touched. It asked me a question Did I need help. It was loud and distinct..Do other than those incidents I hadn't had a check to used it.
I had gotten up to go to the bathroom. On the way back I fell.
I didn't have my alert on nor my cell phone near me. I finally crawled to the bed. It took me for ever to get up. All I needed was a non emergency call to my friend she could have helped me up.
Overall I am happy to have it. I just need to keep it close
