This Medical alert device is exactly what I needed for both at home or out and about to know I can quickly contact help in case I need it and that it can pinpoint my location. Only having to charge every four days is a plus as well. My other product/service I had for one year was nothing but technical issues from the start and then the renewal cost was an exponential increase. Am hoping this service wont be the same-the only drawback but it is minor is to have a second device like a bracelet watch just in case the main transmitter is temporarily misplaced. Otherwise I am pleased after having this for two months.
